Hello,
I cannot reach China EMS by email or through their website chat. My parcel is currently in Guangzhou and shows the status “Dutiable item, Waiting for Payment.”
The sender entered my phone number incorrectly, so I did not receive any notification.

Please help me contact China EMS or assist me in paying the required customs fee so that my parcel can be delivered.

EM120106428IN arrived in Guangzhou post office. please call 11185 or go to Guangzhou post office to pickup the parcel.

now is too late to update your phone number. Besides, China Post only accept China cell phone number to make import customs clearance. Your phone number is from India. You need to call China Post hotline 11185, they will guide you to make customs clearance.
