I've sent one parcel on 2020-07-06 from Germany with the German Post (Deutsche Post - DHL). The last tracking information of China Post was "Departure from Regional Sorting Center, Guangzhou, 2020-07-22, 13:02:42" - given on 2020-07-23. Today, 2020-08-24, the tracking system of China Post answers, that the tracking number is "unknown". Can you tell me the delivery status, please? Is the parcel lost?
