Dear Sir,

I have received email that good has been arrived to my address but I received nothing.

al date/time Activity Location Remarks
2019/4/28 14:28 Received by Post Office
2019/4/30 12:26 Departure export customs SHENZHEN EMS
2019/5/3 14:30 Arrival Import customs HK IMC
2019/5/4 9:33 Item out for physical delivery TKO/DO
2019/5/4 13:12 Final delivery HKG

Please check the above time log and message. I would like to track where my post is. It is still under delivery or sent to wrong address?

Hong Kong Post website shows the parcel was delivered on May 4. You need contact your local Hong Kong Post office for delivery detail.
