Hi, can someone please provide me info about the status of my package.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RV878219303CN went to WZDM on April 16.

WZDM is its last location in china. Normally if you parcel status stuck in WZDM and does not change anymore, it means the parcel is outside of China. The parcel tracking result will freeze at its last china location for quite long time(from one week to three months). This is normal.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
