Hello! I ordered an item and was told it was shipped on August 3 and have been unable to track the shipment. My tracking number is LT039392515CN.

Can someone please help me find out where my package is? Thank you in advance!!

1. Tracking number is valid tracking number. I was not able to track that number anywhere. As far as I can see the parcel was never put into the mail system on August 3.

2. Your tracking number LT039392515CN, is what we call E Packet service and normally it take 6 to 12 working days for delivery.

3. You should open a dispute with the seller to get your money back.
