I have sent items from China to South Africa on the 1st February 2019. The last tracking in China was done on the 9th February and the items did not even reach South Africa yet. I have no clue on what to do. I need assistance.

shipping time from china to south africa can take 3 months, you need wait some more time.

I understand that. But when I called the tracking centre in South Africa they said the items still didn't leave China yet. Its almost 3 months but it didnt leave China yet. So I have no idea what happened to my items.

south africa post can not know if the parcel has left china or not, so his reply is nonsense. actually none can know where the parcel is. we only know it is in somewhere between china and south africa.
