Lately china post epacket deliveries to germany has been slow. Some people have experienced waiting times of up to 4 weeks.

Your item left china somewhere around jul 7. The next step for u is to start tracking it on DPD website, when it arrives the tracking will start appearing there. Example of an epacket tracking on dpd:
