Seeking answers.. Ordered this item RJ350623032CN and it went in for an export customs/security scan on January the 19th, and still remains in this status?
I've read that it is recommended to dispute following 14 days?
The seller is alittle rude and I need these shoes for my wedding sooner rather than later? Any recommendations/ help would be appreciated. Thanks

CP307427658CN is surface parcel, status updating might take a couple of months, you need some patient.
