RS830366015NL is Netherlands Post tracking number. It is very strange that seller use Netherlands Post to ship shoes. You should be cautious of fraud.

Ok, so would it be right of me to lodge a claim with Ebay or Paypal to get my money back?

Hi there, i think u should not take punitive action based on what postal service the seller used. U should instead give the seller a chance to deliver a quality service and product.

In your case, the seller has just shipped your item and is currently enroute to Aus as of may 15. U should wait and see if the item arrives by the stipulated deadline before taking further action.
