Both of them at status "Export customs scan" and "Export Security Scan" for almost 1 month now.

RG090164067CN- repeated Export customs and security scan 3 times. Recently updated on 17th December with this status again.

RG086827312CN- No updates since the 22nd November

Is this normal?

now is rush season. ecs and ess status no changing within 4 weeks are normal.

hello
my parcel struck at Export security scan since 20/11/2014. Please track these number and let me know the status

My all these parcel has been struck at export security scan. Its not showing any update after this. I got other parcel which i placed on same date but didn't get these yet. I have already opened dispute but seller is requesting me to cancel it as they are on the way but its been a month now . please help me what should i do and how much time they take to move forward.
*Parcels don't contain any liquid item/battery. Its just cloth and some jewellery.

now is rush season. ESS status stuck within 4 to 6 weeks is normal. they should arrive by New Year holiday.
