Could you please help me with my package, the tracking nr. is RA696279400CN, I bought the item from ebay but the listing was removed so I am not able to contact the seller. Please let me know if the package is safely on the way to my country or if something is wrong with it.

RA696279400CN still stuck in Guangzhou customs. You should open an ebay dispute case and claim your money back.

I have opened a dispute and the seller says that the parcel took off from China, the status says sent to airline, what does this mean, how long will it take for the parcel to arrive?
