This item was supposedly shipped 21 FEB 2019 using shipping document LT351794308CN. tracking website very frustrating, it only wants to show me more things to buy.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT351794308CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Nanjing office to US on Feb 27.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Nanjing ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
