Good evening,
I hope this message finds you well.

I have noticed that my parcel hasn't moved in almost a week from Fuzhou International Mail Exchange Station. Can you kindly let me know when the parcel will leave Fuzhou and when is it due to arrive in Italy?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LM691725723CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Fuzhou office to Italy on Mar 7.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Italy Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Fuzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Italy). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Italy Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Italy Post website will show its new status with Italy location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
