Hi
I need a little help to understand what they mean by that which is in track history on RR142528649DK a package which receives claims he has not received and therefore will not refund me my money .

I believe your parcel address should have some error. the parcel now is in China Post Guangzhou Office 汇彩路投递部(branch name), you should ask receiver go to that branch and pickup the parcel asap.
