The order number LW670211586CN has been processed twice for almost three weeks now. Any idea on what this means or when it should get here? Thanks!

LW670211586CN might have problem to pass export customs scan. wait 2 more weeks, if you can not get it by Sep 10, you should open dispute for non-arrival parcel.
