Hello,
My package shipped on November 27th, it has not moved since December 5th, and it was supposed to be a Christmas present for my little boy. Can you please tell me if it was lost?

1. This is the last tracking of your parcel:
2016-12-07 00: 00: 00.0 00:04:00 Guangzhou leaves the processing center and send it to USORDF

USORDF = ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS)

2. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to USA Chicago. Parcel to USA can take between 15 to 35 days to be deliver and sometimes more.

3. My observation about ISC Chicago is there is a backlog there of incoming parcel from overseas. So mail is very slow.

4. Just continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.
