Hello,

Package no: CC037914338NL has as destination Shenzhen, but it's stuck in Beijing for about 22 days. What to do?

CC037914338NL should have problem to delivery. you should ask receiver to call china post 11185 and pickup the parcel by himself.

Thanks for your answer. Receiver has called china post and they told they have no record. First he called Beijing office, they said to call Shenzhen office, and Shenzhen office said the package has not arrived in Shenzhen. Looks logical because tracking said it has stuck on security scan in Beijing.
