Hello my package from China haves been stuck on "package clear" for the past couple of days. I would like to know if my package a on its way to America and how long could if taske? My tracking number is RA408854417CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows the parcel was shipped on Feb 22. you should get it by end of March.
