I could find information on the other 3 parcels. In normal circumstances, it takes about 5-10 days before the tracking information is available for tracking. If after 10 days the tracking numbers couldn't be tracked still, then, my advise is for you to file for dispute (no tracking information).

You need to contact seller and explain to him that the tracking number is not valid number, fake number. Depending on his answer, you could open a dispute to get your money back.

If after 10 days you still can not track the parcel, then you should contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel. If the answer does not satisfied you then open a dispute.
