Hi,

My parcel is still in transit at Bangkok. But I haven’t received any update since 28th October 2020.
Could you help find out why it’s taking so long?
RE137822016CN normally my other packages arrive at my destination within 5 days after reaching Thailand. But this one is taking a long time.
