Hello,

My order for 2 weeks not changing status: Export Customs Scan Beijing. My tracking number is RB508812511CN . What`s wrong with it ? Thank You. Hope for your help.

sometimes parcel will leave china without changing status, please wait one or two more weeks and see if you can get the parcel.

Can it change tracking number, when arrives in Latvia ?

when parcel arrives Latvia, you can get new status here:

I just checked above page, the parcel arrived Riga today. It will be delivered very soon.

the parcel should be no problem(if it has no battery inside). sometimes the status does not change even after it arrives destination. just be patient and wait one ore two more weeks.

sometimes the location and status does not update even after you received the parcel. your parcel seems have no problem, you just need some patient.
