My package coming to the US has been stuck processing in Guangzhou for 3 weeks. Is this normal? Another tracking site shows "Huizhou city 惠城区江北center customs scan" for the same package. Either way it is not moving and the seller will not respond. What can I do? Will it ever come at this point? Thanks for any info. Tracking number is CX012780051CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CX012780051CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Jan 12.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
