Hello
could someone please help me figure out what my package is doing ?

RI568770853CN
RI568791685CN

the first one has said 广州, 启运 (Guangzhou , departure) since the 7th this month (11days) and the second has said the same thing since the 11th(9days). i know its not over a month so can't open a ticket but iam just wondering what is up ? i have contacted the postal service here in sweden to check if it has arrived here but it has not. its two kinda small packages. i have read that it could be delay in the scanning but its been a over a week without update.
any help is very appreciated.

normally status will freeze for 2 to 6 weeks after the parcel left China, no need panic.

is there anyway i can tell if its going with boat or plane?

if tracking number starts with CP, normally it is by boat.
