can some one tell me whats wrong with the package its stuck in custom clearence since 3 days normaly it only takes 1 day

The parcel is in Luxembourg Post office in LUXEMBOURG CENTRE DE TRI . You should contact Luxembourg Post office and inquiry delivery detail. The parcel is their hand now.
