Can you Please provide a status update.
I've yet to see any progress on the shipping of my order since 2019-03-16 03:40:40. Other orders I have placed from other companies on or about the same day have shipped from China and have already passed U.S. customs and are in route via United States Postal Service.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Chicago,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
