Could someone check EA402318676CN? This should be an EMS package, been at customs since march12, worried

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=EA402318676CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Mar 11.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
