Hi, my parcel CY285875325DE is stuck at customs for quite some time now.
Is that normal?
Can I do something about it?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CY285875325DE shows the parcel arrived Guangzhou customs for quite long time.

Receiver must call china post hotline 11185, make customs clearance and pickup the parcel asap.
