Post Stuck at customs or delivered?

Hi,
Sent a parcel through PostNL(Dutch Postal Service) to China.
Track-and-trace says it's at import customs since January 30!
PostNL says it's delivered. Receiver says we didn't recieved it

Can anyone assist in this matter?

LW000964614NL arrived in Jinhua on Jan 30. The recipient has never made customs clearance. China post can not make delivery if recipient does not make customs clearance.

Did you write the recipient's phone number in the parcel? Is this a return for refund? Make sure the recipient really want to accept the parcel.

If your seller refuse to make customs clearance, China Post can not deliver the goods to him. This is not a shipping problem, this is a integrity problem. If this is the case, you need to contact your marketplace to report fraud.
