Hello everybody,

I ordered 2 items from China using epacket on the 23th of December I saw that the seller shipped both on the same day just different tracking
numbers one was perfectly fine it did its job like it should and I got the first item within 7 days exactly but the other tracking number on the hand hasnt been updated since the day the post office in China got it on the 27th of December
today is the 5th of January and I saw based off of other
topics and FAQ on this website that it can take up too 1-2 weeks for the tracking to update itself the tracking number is LT644510065CN if anybody could help me figure out why it's stuck on accepted it could really help! I was thinking maybe since I got the first item with no issue the second shouldn't have any issues I might be wrong but I really need some insight on this issue

1. This is the full tracking of your parcel from the China Post EMS site:

2016-12-27 00: 00: 00.0 19:27:00 Guangzhou Post Express Logistics International Business Branch Received

2016-12-27 00: 00: 00.0 19:45:20 Guangzhou Post express logistics company international business branch to leave the processing center, sent to Guangzhou Terminal

2016-12-27 00: 00: 00.0 20:28:00 Guangzhou City to reach the processing center, from Guangzhou Post Express Logistics International Business Branch

2. Your parcel has not move from 27 Dec, it's stuck (maybe misplace), you should contact the seller as soon as possible about your parcel. He should in tern call China Post EMS Hot Line: 11183, to find out what is going on with your parcel.
