Hi,

Please help me with the status on this tracking numbers. What those status mean?

RI035536412CN sent on 08.10.2014
RI192476272CN sent on 16.10.2014

Please help!

RI192476272CN was returned to Shenzhen.
RI035536412CN is still stuck in Beijing.

I believe those parcels have something not allowed by customs. you should open dispute and claim refund.
