been waiting for very very long but not yet get my item
where is it now?

1. This is what I found about your parcel:
2016-07-18 18:04 Further processing in progress (DBPLD)
2016-07-18 17:29 Address is incomplete
2016-07-18 12:00 Delivery in progress
2016-07-14 10:19 Arrived from overseas (Country code:CN), in transit to next processing centre for delivery

2. I have a note saying you could pick up the parcel:
Destination Country - Singapore: 0065 / 6841 2000

Maybe phone them to find out where is the parcel.
