hi there, my tracking no is RO233733211CN
i have not yet receive my item!!!
been waited very long and the website i purchase keep sending me email asking me have i receive my item. please help me.

Hi,

the latest tracking information on your shipment is Jul 14, 2016 10:19 am Arrive airport【 Singapore Singapore】互换局 China Post.

So, your parcel has safely arrived at the Changi airport. You should be able to receive it very-very soon.

P/S: I normally uses this website here http://track.track-chinapost.com/china-post/RO233733211CN. The English is easier to understand compared to the other tracking websites (which no one could understand a bit).
