Post Still In Flight or What ?

2.) RG913829161CN
These two parcels - are they still in flight since 17.08.17 and 14.08.17.
What is responsible for China Post delay these days, thyphoon or no aircraft, I know China Post always have excuses and don't went to accept responsibility for ineptitude

Most of the time parcel is not in flight, customs of clearance and sorting processing occupies 95% of the time.
