Post Still delays in parcel!

I posted already about there being a delay and was told its still on its way, where is it please? Is it at least over here in the USA? Because as I stated before there's still no update with tracking from the china post. It was supposed to be here January 5th and its almost a week later and still no package. Here's the tracking number, can someone tell me where it may be ??? Is it still on its way? Can they update the tracking please?

During the fly from china to usa your parcel passes trough a very large amount of airports.
Until your local customs checks the parcel there is no tracking update. Allow a 10-30 days transit time from china departure (23 dec)
