Hello, my parcel RH106161410CN has been stuck in Export Security Scan for quite a while now. But if I track the code on the Belgian post site, it says "Departure from international depot". Is it en route to Belgium?

Most likely yes, it has departed. The waiting time will be at least 3 weeks I would say.

Yes, it's completely normal, and this usually doesn't include customs processing time in the destination country. Because China manufactures most items for the rest of the world, there is a million packages being processed at any time, and much more during the holidays.
