Post Status stuck in customers control?

Hi
My item has been stuck in "In Customs-Control warehouse" since 06/11 @ 12:51 - anny idea when it will be sent? I have asked the seller i purchased the goods froom and they advised me it will arrive but im worried its been stuck in this status for 18 days now with nothing happening.
