does any one know what could be reason for the hold up for RI172713508CN 2014 Opening 51805300 now 10 days an counting. kind regards Peter

bad news. http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your parcel was returned from beijing to shenzhen. it should be rejected by airline. open dispute and claim refund asap.
