What the status of My order DA-1892
I get two shipment no. LA528631924CN and LA528801478CN
And both also shows no shipping record.

no shipping record means your seller did not ship you anything.

If you just got this number, you need push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not get tracking result in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

if you have get this tracking number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute against fraud immediately.
