Post Status of my Parcel

I have purchased many items from this supplier, but this time it's taking a lot longer than it has ever taken before. I'm not sure if it's the China Post office (EMS) or if it's my supplier. I received an tracking number on Aug. 23, 2017 but I still can't track the parcel, can someone please help me

It's been over 10 days, since I received the tracking # it should be in the system by now., if the items been sent right

It could be that ems forgot to scan your package because of high volume, because for last month they barely if not scan mine aswell. Did you contact the seller about this yet? I recommend you do first!
