CY291807815DE is in Guangzhou customs waiting recipient to make import customs clearance since Feb 19. Did you write the recipient's mobile phone number in the parcel?

China Post should have sent a text message to recipient's mobile phone number after the goods arrives in destination city. As the recipient has not made customs clearance for such a long time, normally means he/she does not want to accept the return.
