All of them have Export Customs Scan status since 12th of March. Does it mean that they are gonna be delivered to me?

Hello chinapostv-volunteer,

Can I have an answer regarding the parcel with tracking no.RD151077219CN ? There is more than 10 days in the same status and from my previous experience it didn't took more then 9 days to be shipped in my country. Please tell me if the parcel was lost ,is returning to the seller,or didn't past the security scan? Thank you !!

china post is experiencing some delay in May. If there is no battery in the parcel, just be patient, it will arrive sooner or later.

some people received one parcel in one week and another in 50 days. it is common.

My friend sent me a plush bear to Romania on 2 May, but it is in Beijing on the Departure from outward office of exchange since 24 May. Will it be sent back to him or it's gonna arrive later? The tracking number is RR501301093CN. I'm waiting for your reply. Thank you

the parcel should just be delayed. No need worry. wait one or two more weeks, it should arrive.

When arriving in Romania can I still check its place on your site? I live further from the capital, in how many days would it arrive to me? I am worried because many packs from China are lost in Romania. They say that the code does not correspond with the Romanian one.
