Hello. My tracking number is CP310093212CN. I need to know if there are any problems with my package. The last shipping update was on August 13th. I cannot get my seller to reply to my messages.

CP is surface parcel. Normally it will take up to half year to arrive destinat. moving and status is very very slow. your seller should NOT use such parcel
