Ehi there! This is my track: RI605259031CN. Last uptade was made on 24 august.
Maybe it was shipped? I Don't know.. This is my first purchase from China. Please help, Thank you :)

yes. http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows the parcel was shipped on Aug 22.

Thanks :) tracking says 2 times "Guangzhou express safety check rejected". is it normal?

safty check rejected means your parcel has problem,you can not get the goods

Seller told me that the parcel is on its way. in your opinion, what should I do? I'm confused. it's just a football shirt from 15€... thanks for your answers. I appreciate it :)

it might be lost. open dispute before buyer protection expires is a protection in case of lost.

Today tracking says "Guangzhou, departure". This means that the parcel has been shipped to my country (Italy)? Thank you for your time.

Left Guangzhou does not mean it will arrive Italy very soon. It might transit through many cities and countries such as Hong Kong, Netherlands, UK, Germany etc.
