Hello guys,

I have a question. Should you open a dispute if the seller does not supply me with tracking information? Will I then get a refund?

Thanks,
Samuel

Depends on how and where you deal. For aliexpress, the seller has been given some days for processing (usually 3 to 7 days). If the seller does not provide tracking after that given time, the refund will be proceed automatically.

Mostly aliexpress, so, if the seller has not supplied me with a tracking number 3-7 days after shipped, I should open a dispute. I mean is that fair?

nah! It is automatically refunded if the seller doesn't provide tracking information after processing period. If you see "open dispute" button, the seller's already marked as shipped. You might see tracking code in order detail. If not, feel free to open "dispute". 😀
