http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=ev928671751cn shows the parcel was sent to airline on Aug 6. It is badly delayed and still in China.

Based on our stat, the parcel has less than 30% chance to be lost. You still have good chance to get it in future.

If your buyer protection is expiring, ask seller to extend the protection, otherwise open dispute for dispute.

oh wow, it's still in China? Is it possible I ask the sender to just get it back? I don't want them to loose money too.

I don't think sender can do this. The parcel is inside a big customs sealed container, only USPS stuff can open this container after it arrives USA.

ok thank you, so if its still in China I am guessing I'll wait another month or two if I ever get this package? I guess I am asking because paypals protection is 6 months so I guess I am still covered two months from now.
