The tracking number provided by the seller on Ali does not work on any tracking website. I messaged the seller, and he/she claims to have shipped the item and to "not worry, info will show up soon"

Should I believe the seller? Or should I open a dispute? It has been 6 days since the item has "shipped"

1. You should have provided the tracking number. Sometimes it can take up to 10 days before the info can be into the China Post system.

Hope this help.

1. Tracking number still not available on the China Post site. Like I said earlier it can take up to 10 days to show up.

2. On a personal note I had a E Packet once show up only 9 days after it was mail. I was about ready to contact seller but did not and the parcel was ship out of China the same day.

Hope this help.
