hello, I made an order on aliexpress on 31 August 2017. On August 2, 2017, the seller communicated the number RG882216056CN to my order(Zen Tea Culture CO.,LTD.).

It's been nearly a week and the tracking number is still with this state: "Electronic information received".

it's normal ? is the first time, after more than 15 orders made on aliexpress, that's what happens.

Can I be quiet or in a few days I can open a dispute? I tried sending a message to the seller, but I've been waiting for answers for two days.

your seller did not ship the goods. he only applied a tracking number from china post. where did you buy , ebay or aliexpress?

Push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not see real tracking result other than "electronics data received", you will open dispute to aliexpress.
