Post Shipment no update?

Hi,

I have a shipment that was sent on June 14th, the tracking number is LL419332249CN. I still haven't had any new updates on it. Was there something wrong? Is this normal time delay? The site says that delivery times are usually between 2-3 weeks.

LL419332249CN was shipped from Guangzhou on Jun 15. Normally such ePacket should arrive Canada in 2 to 3 weeks. It should be seriously delayed in Guangzhou.

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by July 15, you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
