LL502134043CN was just shipped from Shanghai. Normally such ePacket will travel about 10 to 20 days to reach Milan. please wait some more days.

No need worry. Your parcel has not arrived Italy yet. Once it arrives Italy, your parcel new status will show up in Italy Post website. please wait one or two more weeks.
