I am contacting you regarding my shipment number EV742363376CN. your website shows that it has been departed to Riyadh from GUANGZHOU EM for the last 17 Days but no update has been posted since then. Please update me on the package.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EV742363376CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Nov 30. it is waiting for flight space to Riyadh.

Now is Xmas holiday rush season, Waiting time is very long , you won't see update before it arrives Riyadh. Just be patient.
